A nutrition and training log built to answer one question: is body recomposition working. Imports resistance training from the Hevy API and cardio from TCX/GPX exports, looks up packaged foods by barcode through Open Food Facts, and charts EWMA trend weight, lean and fat mass, and a TDEE estimated from measured intake and weight change rather than a BMR formula.
Time blocking and habit tracking with effective-dated weekly targets, configurable recurring commitments, and editable goal categories. Reads training minutes from the fitness module through a narrow query interface so each domain still owns its own data.
Disc inventory, bag management and a mold catalogue, with flight numbers and per-disc notes.
Typed journal entries — note, idea, goal, task, recipe, person, conversation, diary — with nested tags and cross-entry links. Tasks can be pushed into the scheduling module.
